SUMMARY
Coordinates smooth, efficient and effective promotion of the Livestock Show.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; a minimum of three (3) years customer relations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Proven skills in working with diverse audiences required. Knowledge of livestock show preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive work-related experience in working in a livestock environment and knowledge of livestock terminology. Requires excellent computer skills, customer relations, customer service, organizational skills. Must be project oriented. Computer skills require knowledge of Microsoft office. Must have database application and worksheet application knowledge. Prefer Oracle experience.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises various numbers of Temporary and/or Seasonal employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
